Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
The following items cannot be returned:

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at haapparel7766@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment processor.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
